How to plant a young tree that has broken at base ?
Any special instructions. Have never planted trees that did not come from stores. This is a medium tree.
There is a method call somethin like marcotin ( i cant rememeber the exact spelling)
You have to cut the top of the tree from the base if its badly broken. Then u cut the small branches from the top put and insert into part of the bases that have insertion cuts made on then. U secure the a few branches to the base by wrapping it with soil and plastic warp to hold it in place. This will ensure the tree will not die without food from photosynthesis. And hopefully it will grow leaves. If it can't the branches that u attached to the base with soil will grow roots. So its a double bet to save the tree.
After a few weeks u will be able to save the tree.
